The Canadian Buddhist Confederation will hold the Opening Ceremony at 10am, on the 14th Day of the 8th Month, 2552 Buddhist Year (13th September, 2008 ). The whole event is scheduled to be from 12th ¨C 17th Day of the 8th Month, 2552 Buddhist Year (11th ¨C 16th September 2008), which also includes a Thrice Memorial Ceremony and various Dharma lectures.
We now invite you to join us in this holy gathering. Your participation will further grace this sacred site of the Three Jewels. Teachings from participants will shower us with Dharma joy. Together we will pray that all beings will be free from sufferings, that the world shall live in total peace and harmony.
A registration form is included at the end of this invitation letter. Please kindly complete and return the form at your earliest convenience. We would be honored by your presence at our new temple.

P.S.: A Seven-day Buddha¡¯s Name Recitation Retreat will be held by several North American Buddhist temples together from 20th -28th December, 2008 in Toronto. This is our first invitation for your participation.
